A pleasant, unspoiled holiday region
Lipno Lake Resort is situated in the Sumava mountains, not far from the triangle point with Austria and Germany, on the banks of the elongated reservoir lake of Lipno (40 km), in the middle of quiet and unspoiled countryside.

Mountainous and snowy
In this part of Czech Republic, it is mainly warm and sunny during the holiday season. The area has an obvious continental climate. In winter that stands for low temperatures and lots of snow!
The Lipno area, mountainous and full of water, is very appealing for water and winter sports. But there are plenty of other (active) ways to enjoy the scenery and culture of this area, like visiting the ancient towns of Ceské Budejovice (Budweis in German) and Ceský Krumlov.

Relax and enjoy
At the resort is a heated swimming pool and a paddling pool. About 100 meters below the Resort is an indoor swimming pool and the children’s club Bollo. At the marina you can rent for instance sailing boats. Also the winter sports facilities and the 18-holes golf course are within walking distance from Lake Lipno Resort (which is closed at the moment due to rebuilding).

At the pleasant boulevard the l' Europe restaurant is situated. At its large terrace, situated directly at the marina, you can fully relax and enjoy the exquisite views.
Directly adjacent to the marina are the beautiful, clean beaches and the pleasant promenade with restaurants, bars, several shops and an information centre.
